She began working in co-op preschool 10 years ago, where she saw first-hand the benefits of parent involvement in early childhood education while working with her own children. This led her to volunteer as a Board Member at West Edmonds Co-op Preschool. She served the families in various roles both in and out of the classroom, including Chairperson and substitute teacher. With this in mind, Pamela strives to create a classroom where children not only feel safe and welcome upon entering, but can leave knowing that they are included, seen, and loved.
